Wonderful staff who added personal touches to make our stay special

Absolutely wonderful staff especially Arianna. She went above and beyond to make our stay special. The location is great for hiking or just exploring the area. Breakfast was good. The 7 pm aperitif’s were great!

The hot tub was by reservation only and be the time we checked in there was no availability left . The dinner offerings were not great .

Would definitely recommend this hotel if you plan on visit the eastern dolomites

Beautiful hotel, based in Cortina. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good facilities, including mini gym and sauna + indoor pool and jacuzzi. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. Ample space to park your car, and a very short drive into the town centre.

We enjoyed everything about the property.

Good, comfortable stay

The hotel is old, but clean and comfortable with decent size room for a family of 4. The staff is helpful, but sometimes come across abrupt, but I think it is a language issue

It was a bit noisy the Saturday as our room faced the outside garden and their was a live band that played until after 11pm.

Classic Italian mountain hotel that has expertly served the generations

Old school hotel with fanstatic service and excellent location. Incredibly nice place to simply relax, enjoy the view of the Dolomites and let others take the strain. Fantastic pool,hottub & sauna which is exactly what you need after hours walking in the mountains.

The primi of the evening diner was outstanding, the the secondi could have typically been better. This is splitting hairs though.

I love this place :)

I love this hotel. Huge rooms, comfortable beds - we always sleep so well there. Great outside area with fantastic area for children: trampoline, table football, table tennis, giant connect4, etc etc. Free private sauna / jacuzzi that you can book to be exclusive. The outside bar area has fantastic views of the mountains and often has peaceful live music in the background (piano singer).

The decor is old fashioned so if you don’t like pink shower tiles this may not be the hotel for you, but actually I find it charming and it’s nice that good quality tiles aren’t replaced just because the style isn’t up to the minute. Would have appreciated longer pool opening hours.

Wonderful

Classic hotel in a serene and picturesque area outside of Cortina dÁmpezzo. The level of service feels like the good old days. The children's playground was a bonus and much appreciated by my kids. The breakfast was great. All the staff in the hotel were friendly and professional. The family room we booked was spacious and comfortable.

No tea/coffee facilities in the room and breakfast isn't until 7:30. I would have liked to have had coffee on my balcony while enjoying the view in the early morning. Also the wifi was weak in our room.

Great views a little out of town

Fantastic views from our room. Good breakfast service.

A bit more out of town, decor pretty dated (past glory) and lacked some attention to detail, for example, just two water glasses provided despite 4 people staying in the room. We stayed for one night before starting a hike and probably would have been better to be closer to the main town.

Beautiful property, large comfortable triple rooms. Excellent breakfast included. Pleasant staff.

Smoke from garden smelt in my room. I had to close my windows. 30 min walk from town though could book a free shuttle.

Great quality for the budget conscious wanting 1st class service.

The staff were very exceptional for the value of the hotel. The Kids Club was a huge plus allowing my wife and I to have a few hours away from our kids. For a little $$, they even fed our kids in the club, allowing my wife and I to have a private dinner on a couple nights. When my wife was sick, they brought her tea with small cookies to the room. The restaurant and waiters were also fantastic! Food was expensive, but very good quality. The wait staff were incredibly kid friendly, even helping to scoop items from the breakfast buffet for them. Oranges and apples to take were very sweet and a huge boost while on the slopes.

A few things are a bit outdated to include very tiny bathrooms… hard to give 3 kids showers… lack of outlets in the rooms, lack of lighting in the rooms, and small fitness room with severely limited and outdated equipment. The shuttle into town was nice, but it would have been way more helpful to have it drop off at Tofana, where the kids slopes are. Ski room was also helpful, but warmers for the boot rack would have been helpful.

A wonderful place to stay in a unique and incredibly scenic location in Italian Dolomites.

Room was spacious and breakfast was excellent. Front Desk staff were helpful and friendly and assisted with transfers to town and cable car to go up and down the mountain.

We definitely would return to this property on our next visit to Cortina!

Lovely views of the mountains. Loved being just outside the town center. Very convenient to drive in or take shuttle to restaurants and shops. The front desk staff and restaurant staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Room was great, but had a bit of a musty smell when we arrived - but we had plenty of windows to open and get fresh air.

Great place to relax in the mountains with a lovely staff and delicious breakfast!

The staff at Hotel Mirage is really friendly and always very attentive. From the reception to the bar and restaurant, everyone stands out. The breakfast is delicious and offers a good variety. the view of the bedroom is amazing, overlooking the mountains and the trees. the room is spacious and the beds are comfortable.

the room bathrooms were a bit to old and the pool only opened at 3pm.
